Join Alexandra and her partner and chef, Daniel, for a nourishing day of vocal sound healing, learning, and reflection at this beautiful healing venue.
This special retreat offers time away from the fast pace of everyday life, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your voice with like-minded others.
Throughout the day you’ll experience gentle vocal sound healing sessions, moments for quiet reflection, and guided exploration of practices that support nervous system regulation and balance.

Whether you are new to vocal sound healing or already enjoy working with your voice, this welcoming day retreat offers an opportunity to explore how sound, silence, and gentle practice can support wellbeing and restoration.

Travelling from further afield? Why not turn the experience into a relaxing weekend escape. The venue is close to Chichester and the beautiful South Coast, perfect for coastal walks, exploring historic streets, and extending your time of rest and renewal with plenty of accommodations nearby.
The Green Door Centre also has 3 beautiful lodges on site, please ask Alexandra for details (the lodges have a minimum 2 night stay and a package rate of £275).

Retreat Cancellation Policy:
Up to 4 calendar weeks' notice – you will receive a refund of money paid minus a £10 admin fee.
Less than 4 calendar weeks' notice but not less than 2 weeks– 50% refund will be given minus a £10 admin fee.
Less than 2 weeks' notice (including for reasons of illness)– no refund given.
