What Is Reiki?
Reiki literally means "life force energy" and is a Japanese natural healing system.
Everyone has the ability to channel this energy for healing themselves and others.
Reiki is now available in NHS hospitals and hospices and is recognised for bringing a deep sense of wellbeing and often pain relief to the person receiving it.
Reiki training takes place at various times throughout the year when interested people present themselves. If you would like to train in Reiki with Alexandra please register your interest.
Alexandra is a Reiki Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation
