Voice for Wellbeing and Meditation (Mantra and Chant) Weekly Zooms
This online weekly 45 mins Zoom class is open to beginners and seasoned healing voice users alike. Join this class for a down to earth experience, setting positive intentions through a practice of meditation, vocal toning, chant and mantra. The aim of this session is to encourage an informal regular weekly practice with likeminded others. Think of it as vocal yoga! No vocal experience necessary, just a desire to sound through meditation. Vocal Conditioning and Technique Weekly Zooms
Join Alexandra every Wednesday for 45 mins of vocal practice and conditioning. All voices need regular use to work! The voice is a set of muscles and processes that need frequent practice to sound efficiently. This class is your opportunity to build a weekly guided vocal practice and is suitable for those wanting to condition their spoken and sung voice. Whether you are a beginner, or someone used to vocal sounding, this session will guide you through key muscular and sung exercises to develop and maintain your voice, improve resonance and help you feel more comfortable with your sound! Everyone in the session is muted, so you can sound freely in the comfort of your own space without worrying about anyone else. Think of this session as your weekly spin class! Join in, get sounding and reap the technical and plethora of wellbeing benefits associated with singing and voice use. This class is suitable for all. Healing Voice Immersion Workshop

The intention of this day is to leave the world at the door and immerse ourselves in the sound of our healing voice.
This day is fully experiential and offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrational qualities of your authentic self via your authentic sound.

- Movement and Vocal Warm Ups
- A Brief Introduction to Vocal Anatomy
- Vocal Toning and Vocal Play with and without Shruti box accompaniment (Voice Bathing)
- Vocal Toning Healing in pairs
- Mantra Chanting
- Bija Mantra and Element Meditation
- Learn chants from different traditions
There will be a short morning and afternoon break as well as 45 minutes for lunch, arranged around the above sessions.
